Signed waivers: retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of signing. This is to protect both participants and Tiger Commandos Martial Arts Academy in the event of any injury-related claim. For participants who were minors at the time of signing, waivers are retained for 7 years from the date the participant turns 18.
When personal information is no longer required, it is securely deleted.
