WHY TAEKWONDO?
Taekwondo is a traditional Korean Martial Art and an Olympic Sport.
There are estimated to be over 100 million Taekwondo practitioners worldwide, with near 50% of them being a woman - making it the most practiced martial art globally!

However, the fighting style of Taekwondo has changed drastically over the past couple of years, and many people disagree with the modern fighting style.

This is where we step in!

Our goal is to preserve old-school Taekwondo, with a strong focus on building powerful, ultra-fast kicks.
In other words, you’ll develop explosive leg power like nowhere else!

You’ll tone and shape your entire body, develop strong, lean leg muscles, and sculpt well-defined glutes, without heavy weightlifting. Building lightning-fast, powerful kicks is not the only benefit of training Taekwondo with us.

Our programs welcome young children from 3-5 years old, as well as adults over 60. Training is adapted to each age, ability, and fitness level, allowing every student to progress at their own pace - no pressure, no judgement.
