SELF-DEFENCE FOR WOMEN

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

Designed specifically for women - no experience needed, no fitness level required, and no prior martial arts background assumed. Just practical, realistic techniques that work in real situations.

You will learn how to respond to grabs, holds, and physical confrontations with clear, effective movements that do not rely on strength only. The focus is on awareness, instinct, and knowing exactly what to do when it matters most, including realistic kicks and strikes designed to maximise your chances of escape and get you to safety.

Sessions are booked in advance and run either 1-on-1 or in a small group, so every woman gets proper attention and leaves with skills she can actually use.

  • A Former Elite Special Forces Operator with extensive real-world experience

  • Trained in threat response, close-quarters skills, and personal protection

  • Extensive experienced in close protection and security operations of VIPs

  • Taekwondo 1st Dan - Black Belt with over 19 years of experience as an athlete and coach

  • Your training is guided by practical knowledge, discipline, and proven martial arts expertise

What You Will Learn​

  • Spatial awareness and personal safety principles

  • How to prevent and escape common grabs, chokes, holds, and similar situations

  • Understanding balance, leverage, and vulnerable areas when facing a stronger person

  • Effective kicks and strikes for self-protection

  • Ground survival fundamentals

  • Confidence, assertiveness, prevention, and boundary setting

  • Hands-on practice in a controlled, safe, and supportive environment

Training Structure

  • Duration: 45-60mins per session

  • Session Time/Day: Monday-Sunday, 08h - 16:00h (subject to availability)

  • Who can attend: This program is designed for women only (adults)

  • Level: No prior experience required, this is a step-by-step program

  • Format: Small groups or 1-1 for focused learning (Min 1, Max 10 students per group)

  • ​Session style: Combination of warmup, theory, practical drills, and simulated scenarios

  • Realistic, simulated scenarios designed for learning and confidence building
