WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO DURING THESE SESSIONS?
10th/January/2026 (Saturday): Meet & Greet + short Taekwondo intro session:
- You will get to know the Head Coach and the Founder of the Academy, Vlatko Chankulovski. Vlad will briefly introduce himself and will say few things about his experience and career, then he will explain the rules of the classes, so you will know what will be expected from you as a student, and you will also know what to expect from him as your Coach. We are going to do a small Taekwondo intro session that will include stretching/warmup, basic fighting stance, you will learn how to properly hold kicking pads, class rules and more. We will have Q&A at the end of the session, so you can ask any questions you have.

11th/January/2026 (Sunday): Meet & Greet + short intro for Self Defence (women) program:
- You are going to get to know the Coach and his experience (same as above mentioned).
Then, Vlad will briefly explain how the Self-Defence (women) program works, what you will learn, how the sessions will be conducted, and more. You will also get to know some Tips & Tricks about realistic self defence (why some techniques work, and why some techniques don't, in real-world situations). We are going to do a small Self-Defence intro session that will be combined with theory and practice. First we will do some stretching/warmup, ready-stance, basic footwork and movement, then we will learn the common mistakes when trying to defend ourselves against a stronger person, and more.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
For both days we are going to do some small training and we will probably get sweaty, so bring a bottle of water and comfortable clothes for training (t-shirt, shorts etc). Please note, all the training programs are conducted barefoot (no shoes on the mats). For your safety and for the safety of the other students, please kindly remove any jewellery (rings, necklase etc), and also we kindly ask you to trim your nails to prevent accidental scratches and infections, and other injuries.
